Betty Woodman

Betty Woodman, an American ceramist, is widely recognized as an important figure in postwar American art having combined painting, sculpture, and ceramics in a highly original and recognizable vocabulary. Woodman's work can be found in a number of permanent collections worldwide including the World Ceramic Center in Incheon, Korea, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
