Lilla Kulka studied, and later on became a professor, at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Poland and also at Stanislaw Teisseire’s painting studio and Magdalena Abakanowicz’s fiber studio. Kulka graduated with a distinction in painting and tapestry from State College of Arts in Poznan, Poland and is a member of the Union of Polish Artists.
