Richard Meier is an American architect who is internationally recognized for his geometric designs and prominent use of the color white. In 1984, Meier won the Pritzker Architecture Prize and continued to develop several iconic buildings which include the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art, The Getty in Los Angeles and the San Jose City Hall in California, and the Grotta House in Wilton, Connecticut.
